Nu mai fiind limita\u021bi la instruirea tehnic\u0103, educatorii de ast\u0103zi trebuie s\u0103 cultive o mentalitate orientat\u0103 spre inovare, responsabilitate \u0219i implicare civic\u0103. Ghidarea elevilor pe calea devenirii antreprenori sociali nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 predarea teoriei afacerilor, ci activarea g\u00e2ndirii orientate spre un scop, facilitarea experiment\u0103rii \u00een lumea real\u0103 \u0219i conectarea competen\u021belor profesionale la impactul social.<\/p><p>Antreprenoriatul social (AS) ofer\u0103 elevilor posibilitatea de a-\u0219i folosi cuno\u0219tin\u021bele practice \u2014 \u00een inginerie, mecanic\u0103, proiectare sau TIC \u2014 pentru a r\u0103spunde nevoilor nesatisf\u0103cute ale comunit\u0103\u021bii. \u00cen calitate de profesor\/mentor, sarcina dvs. este de a ajuta elevii s\u0103 fac\u0103 aceast\u0103 leg\u0103tur\u0103, prin:<\/p><ol><li>Prezentarea AS ca o carier\u0103 viabil\u0103 \u0219i satisf\u0103c\u0103toare,<\/li><li>Oferirea de structur\u0103 \u0219i motiva\u021bie pe tot parcursul procesului de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare,<\/li><li>Dot\u00e2ndu-i cu instrumente, limbaj \u0219i metodologii pentru a construi solu\u021bii durabile.<\/li><\/ol><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><p>Iat\u0103 cum \u00eei pute\u021bi \u00eendruma, folosind practici testate din proiectul SEVET:<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>A) \u00cencepe\u021bi cu <em>Relevan\u021ba<\/em> \u0219i <em>Empatia<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>Nu \u00eencepe\u021bi cu defini\u021bii. \u00cencepe\u021bi cu ceea ce doare.<\/p><p>Invita\u021bi-v\u0103 elevii s\u0103 reflecteze asupra a ceea ce \u00eei deranjeaz\u0103 \u00een mediul lor local \u2014 s\u0103r\u0103cia, infrastructura defectuoas\u0103, de\u0219eurile, discriminarea. Apoi, ajuta\u021bi-i s\u0103 priveasc\u0103 aceste aspecte nu doar ca pe ni\u0219te probleme, ci ca pe ni\u0219te oportunit\u0103\u021bi de inovare.<\/p><ul><li>Folosi\u021bi exerci\u021bii de empatie pentru a explora nevoile grupurilor afectate (de exemplu, persoanele \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103, p\u0103rin\u021bii singuri, persoanele cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi).<\/li><li>\u00cendruma\u021bi-i s\u0103 cartografieze comunitatea local\u0103 \u2014 \u0219coli, \u00eentreprinderi, institu\u021bii \u2014 pentru a vedea cine ar putea beneficia de un nou serviciu sau produs.<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>B) Pozi\u021biona\u021bi ingineria ca instrument social<\/strong><\/p><p>Ingineria nu se refer\u0103 doar la ma\u0219ini \u0219i planuri \u2014 ci la rezolvarea problemelor \u00een moduri scalabile \u0219i cu impact.<\/p><p><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px; background-color: transparent;\">Ajuta\u021bi elevii s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 cum competen\u021bele lor existente (proiectare, mecanic\u0103, TIC, sisteme electrice) pot fi reaplicate dintr-o perspectiv\u0103 social\u0103:<\/span><\/p><ol><li>Cum ar putea un dispozitiv imprimat 3D s\u0103 sprijine reabilitarea?<\/li><li>Ce solu\u021bie energetic\u0103 ar putea reduce costurile pentru gospod\u0103riile rurale?<\/li><li>Cum ar putea fi utiliza\u021bi senzorii pentru a monitoriza s\u0103n\u0103tatea sau siguran\u021ba?<\/li><\/ol><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>C) Introduce\u021bi mentalitatea SE prin EntreComp<\/strong><\/p><p>EntreComp ofer\u0103 o modalitate non-liniar\u0103 \u0219i modular\u0103 de a dezvolta capacitatea antreprenorial\u0103.<\/p><p>Nu supra\u00eenc\u0103rca\u021bi elevii cu teorie. \u00cen schimb, alege\u021bi 3-4 competen\u021be per ciclu de proiect, cum ar fi:<\/p><ol><li>Identificarea oportunit\u0103\u021bilor \u2013 identificarea problemelor care merit\u0103 rezolvate.<\/li><li>Colaborarea cu al\u021bii \u2013 formarea \u0219i gestionarea echipelor de proiect.<\/li><li>Mobilizarea resurselor \u2013 identificarea persoanelor care pot ajuta \u0219i a resurselor necesare.<\/li><li>G\u00e2ndire etic\u0103 \u0219i durabil\u0103 \u2013 alegerea solu\u021biilor cu valoare pe termen lung pentru comunitate.<\/li><\/ol><div>\u00a0<\/div><p>Transforma\u021bi aceste competen\u021be \u00een ac\u021biuni practice \u00een sala de clas\u0103, cum ar fi:<\/p><ol><li>Crearea de evalu\u0103ri ale nevoilor bazate pe persona.<\/li><li>Exersarea discursurilor de prezentare.<\/li><li>Analizarea dilemelor etice \u00een afaceri.<\/li><\/ol><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>D) Utiliza\u021bi metoda \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii prin practic\u0103<\/strong><\/p><p>Rolul dvs. ca mentor este de a oferi sprijin, nu de a da instruc\u021biuni. L\u0103sa\u021bi elevii s\u0103 preia ini\u021biativa \u00een:<\/p><ol><li>Identificarea problemelor \u0219i a grupurilor afectate.<\/li><li>Proiectarea de prototipuri de solu\u021bii folosind modelul CANVAS.<\/li><li>Colectarea de feedback prin sondaje sau interviuri.<\/li><li>Prezentarea ideilor \u0219i \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea din critici.<\/li><li>\u00cencuraja\u021bi <strong>\u00eencerc\u0103rile \u0219i e\u0219ecurile<\/strong> \u2014 e\u0219ecul face parte din inovare.
